Tyler Block was born in Omaha, Nebraska and has been an active member of the Omaha community. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in 2006.
Tyler attended law school at Creighton University School of Law. After his first year of law school, Tyler worked as a law clerk for Marks, Clare & Richards, LLC. Tyler describes his work as a law clerk as "invaluable," as he was able to supplement the conceptual teachings of law school with real, hands-on experience in the practice of law in the Omaha community.
Tyler was hired on as an associate attorney with Marks, Clare & Richards, LLC in 2009, after graduating law school and passing the Nebraska Bar Exam. Tyler has flourished as an associate attorney, handling cases in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, criminal defense and employment law. Tyler has a passion for the law and he takes an active interest in the problems and concerns of his clients.

Tyler describes himself as an "outdoorsman." He loves to hunt and fish as well as play golf and tennis. Indoors, Tyler likes to watch movies, play chess and read. His favorite author is Cormac McCarthy.

Kelli Watson was born and raised in Valentine, in the middle of the Nebraska Sandhills. She grew up on her family's cattle ranch and attended a two-room country schoolhouse until her freshman year of high school. As a child, Kelli spent her summers working in the hayfield, and raising and showing registered Charolais cattle at various cattle shows across the country.
Kelli attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and attained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in History in 2005. As a college student, Kelli participated in a variety of extra-curricular activities, and was president of her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma.
Following college, Kelli attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, she worked in Lincoln as a law clerk at Demars, Gordon, Olson & Zalewski, and then at Baylor, Evnen, Curtiss, Grimit & Witt, LLC.
In 2008, after graduating law school and passing the Nebraska Bar Exam, Kelli joined Marks, Clare & Richards, LLC, as an associate attorney. Kelli practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, corporate law, and real estate. She is passionate and proactive about achieving her clients' objectives, and enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure that their goals are achieved.
In her personal life, Kelli enjoys reading, movies, running, crafts, walking her dogs, and spending time with friends and family.
