Marks Clare & Richards, LLC, Welcomes As Its Newest Member, Michael A. Nelsen

Mr. Nelsen is a graduate of Creighton Law School where he served as editor in chief of the Creighton Law Review. He has served the Omaha Community in many capacities and has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, in both civil and criminal cases for over 30 years. He has been an adjunct professor at Creighton Law School where he has taught trial practice. He is also a former president of the Omaha Bar Association. Mr. Nelsen is admitted to practice law in the states of Nebraska and Washington.
